Ordered and received product in a very timely manner. Product is suppose to be a two deck shuffler but jammed every time I tried to shuffle two decks. Tried pairs of old and new decks from several card manufactures with the same results. Works great in shuffling one deck at a time. Contacted seller with feedback on product. Requested to work out some method to return and acquire the four deck card shuffler they sell. Seller responded by email and offered a full refund on the two deck shuffler. Poor product choice for two decks as advertised. If considering purchase of this type product, go for the four deck shuffler (should handle two decks) and order from this seller.

The product serves its intended purpose, the only downside is the button to operate it is lousy.

This product was exactly what I was looking for. We play card games and many of the games have cards that are approximately two playing decks. This product is able to shuffle almost the equivalent of two full decks. The only negative I could state about this product is that it is a bit on the loud side.

I got this in the mail hoping to speed up the downtime between games for me and my wife, but this does not function at all! Most of the time, one side of cards simple won’t budge, meaning it doesn’t shuffle at all. Half of the deck sits there because either the motor doesn’t spin fast enough or it doesn’t grip the bottom card well enough to push it into the central repository.

If you want a card shuffler, spend the extra money and get a good model. This one is useless!

I had one of these devices before but it died. This one is identical and half the price I paid at the mall, less the postage ofcourse. It works fine and keeps you from bending the cards.
