There is no point of buying this from Amazon. com. I ordered this on March 3, and I was told that it will ship between 03/12 and 03/18, but today it is 03/19 and I still have not received any email that it is shipped or not.
Amazon is just acting as the ‘front’ for Furniture Buzz, taking the payment and then forgot about the order – because after placing the order it shows for any questions on shipping, order status, returns, any thing contact Furniture Buzz. Then why the heck would someone not buy directly from them?
They are also selling this on their website for the same price and free shipping!
But either way, there is no info on when the order will ship?
UPDATE. . . . .
I received the item 2 days after the promised date of Mar 25. When I called the seller -Furniture Buzz about why the order is being delayed, I was told by them that they first receive the item from the manufacturer and “inspect” the item, then will ship to me. Well the item came late and had missing parts and the top part was damaged. If it was “inspected”, then why were the parts missing and damaged?
So first the thing arrived after 3 weeks of ordering, and now when I started assembling it – I cannot complete it until the damaged and missing parts arrive. When I called the manufacturer they said they will ship in 5-7 business days. . . what BS. . . now I am left with all parts opened up but I cannot assemble it until the new part comes. . . .
Made a big mistake by ordering this from these guys. . . .

I am very happy with the purchase. Very professional packing.
Got the shipment thru fedex within a weeks time even though it was eligible for free ground shipping.

First let me say that I placed the order for this on 7/3. I did not recv it until 7/16. This is the reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
As far as the unit itself, it’s a magnificent piece! Everything was package and bound tightly in a sturdy card board container, filled and surrounded by stiff styro foam.
It only took me 2 hours to put this together. The instructions were very simple to read and follow. It helps of course if you have had ‘some’ experience putting these types of products together, but it def is not a requirement.
The color, fit and finish is top notched. The pieces are all very sturdy and heavy. If you’ve got to move it, do so BEFORE placing all of your equipment in there. It’s 161 lbs all by itself! I did make a small mistake on the left door (as you’re looking at the picture), I’ll need to redo that one. . it sticks slightly. The other door functions perfectly!
The brushed stainless steel knobs are very classy. I’m planning on buying the matching equipment console directly from Bush.
My 52″ Samsung HDTV (LN52A750) that I purchased from Amazon as well, looks beautiful on this unit.
I would def recommend to friends/family.
CEVA delivered, unpacked and checked the pieces.

Bush Furniture Sonoma Small TV Stand, Mocha Cherry Veneer
This TV stand probably would have been fine, if an idiot hadn’t packed it. The corner of the top of the TV stand was crushed, looking like it had been dropped prior to packing. Other pieces also had minor scratches, still annoying when purchasing a brand new piece. It was quite clear that whoever packed it was pretty sloppy and careless when doing so. Upon calling the company Monday morning (of course they were closed over the weekend while I was unpacking the piece to put it together) I found that it would be THREE WEEKS before they could get a replacement part to me. Hardly the quick fix that the instruction booklet implied would be offered when I called. Though very nice, the guy who “helped” me was not able to offer any help at all. The only replacement parts they could find faster would have involved unpacking units already packed for shipment. The piece I ordered was apparently a slightly older model with slight differences (this was not reflected in the price I paid), so upon checking further, they claimed they could not pull parts from other units. They were not willing to simply replace the entire unit either. I was asked to go through Amazon for that. They didn’t even offer any sort of price reduction for the inconvenience caused by their error, even if I opted for the THREE WEEK turnaround time for the replacement parts. I am returning the unit and buying a different unit from another company that I considered initially but didn’t like as well. I would never deal with Bush products again (I should have known better with a name like that). What a waste of time.
Followup: After writing this I went back and read the negative feedback from other dissatisfied customers. I found a number of other complaints about damage to the corner of the TV stand top. It appears this was a manufacturer defect and a number of the units went out this way. Another reason why I won’t ever buy a product from Bush again. It appears that they have issues with poor quality control.

Shipping was fast. Well-packed. No damaged or missing parts. Assembly is not too hard, finished in about 2. 5 hours. Looks nice, sturdy. A lot of storage. It’s very deep. Overall it was a good decision.
