hi! i’m a 14 year old with bushy, frizzy, wavy hair, and my cousin used this straightener on me and it was AMAZING! I want one for myself but there are problems:
1:I’m pretty much broke
2:my parents won’t buy one for me-they’ll only buy one of those cheap drug store ones that don’t work at all.
i don’t get an allowance, and the money that I have is all old “tooth fairy” money, so can someone please tell me where i can get one for a low price so my parents will agree to get it for me? thank you!

I ordered the Chi hair straightener as a grad gift for my niece and she just told me it does not work. . . what do I do next???please help!!!

Save your dough! This straightener does not do the quality of job that it is proclaimed to do! I have only used the product for a week, and each time I use it, I cross my fingers and hope that it will work. Unfortunately, the results are always mediocre. I am only trying to straighten the waves from my hair in the morning. . . it is not like I even have tight curls or extremely thick hair. I have used other straighteners in the past and doesn’t even compare to the cheap ones!

i ordered this item forever ago and it still hasnt even been shipped. . i’m considering canceling it and going somewhere else if it doesnt get send soon. . i’ve been waiting for many weeks!

I ordered this item and got a lovly CHI box. . . with a HAI hair straightener inside. It was during a busy time, so I never called to complain and have no idea how the distributer would have responded to my claim that they sent me a box with the wrong product inside. Turns out the HAI works well and is comperable in price. . . but of course a person wants what they actually ordered. The 1 star rating is of course a reflection on the distributer and the fact that I recieved the wrong product, as I have no idea how the CHI works!
