This has been coming for a long, long time. I first read about it almost 10-months ago. It was supposed to have been in place by the end of last year but did not make it.
As far as what I think about it, what choice do we have except to sit back and see how it works. One of the largest problems we have in the world of finance is that there is so much of a difference in the three scores. At least this will eliminate this problem.

The main legal thing you should do before he leaves would be to get a Power of Attorney, which you can get at the JAG office. You also want him to get you on DEERS and into the Tricare system so you can get your medical while he is gone. With the POA, you will be able to take care of any loans in his name and such, but if you have time you might want to be added to his accounts (and add him to yours). Of course, he needs to let his Chain of Command know that he is married, and change his Next of Kin to you so that they will notify you if anything happens and not his mother.
I will add more if I think of anything. Congrats to you and your soon to be husband. I married young into the Military, and while it is not the easiest life in the world, I think it is wonderful for the most part. Feel free to email me if you have other questions.

GM will not make it. They are going to be forced to make those little coffin like cars that only the lib wacko's want. There will not be enough sales to keep the company afloat. In the mean time Obammy will have taken care of his union buddies, who helped get him into office. There should not have been any bailout money to either car mfgr. they are both going down, but with more of our tax dollars going with them. The govt. is actually helping Ford and Honda, because their sales will rise when people realize the limited choices GM will offer.

They must not release criminal illegals or legals, but hardworking undocumented immigrants must be released.
One a guy like Al Sharpton can understand the pain of illegal immigrants, the reason is because the Blacks fought against the bad laws of Slavery in past and its the same Slavery illegals are going through. Before the Masters were Whites and today are the Business owners and Farmers…. before the blacks were bought in as slaves & today the illegals are made slaves in farms and factories without any rights. The bad laws of immigration must be changed to bring the illegals out of shadow, the same way laws of slavery were abolished. God Bless Everyone, God Bless America.

As a sanctuary and an aid to al qaeda the threat of WMD including nuclear possibilities made him an important target for the well being of the US and the world. Afghanistan alone is not a threat , it did not have the capabilities of Iraq which is why both areas became targets..

You seem extremely qualified. However, I just want to remind you that NYU rejects most applicants. But you have a great chance of being admitted.
I just want to suggest one thing — the admissions essay is critical. Many people think extra-curriculars are more important but they are not; they are easy to pad and hard to verify. This is why the admissions essay is heavily weighted.
Buy a couple of highly rated books on how to construct your admissions essay from Barnes and Noble (first look them up on amazon and read the customer reviews). If you write a killer admissions essay your chances will increase dramatically.
As for freshman and sophomore year, try not to worry too much. Junior year is placed under the most scrutiny.
In your senior year, take the most challenging program available. Take mostly if not all AP classes or as many as you can handle. Try to receive As in all the classes. Your mid-year report of grades is very important in deciding college admissions so do not let them slip!
You may want to consider applying to Dartmouth, University of Pennsylvania, Columbia, Notre Dame, Northwestern, Boston College, University of Virginia, Vanderbilt.
Lastly, contact the tennis coach at the schools you are applying to — they just may recruit you if you are as good as you say.
