Yes this is an ingenious idea. You should read up on some one who has done it effectively in the past. Work for a wedding planner for a while to get an idea of what it really is. If you want to do it immediately just consider reading up on a person that's done it before.

For gullible people only. It has SCAM written all over it. Just try to read or decipher their "legitimate" business license.

And contact? Does not exist, just an e-mail to who knows where. The statement they pose there you being the next testimonial translates — do you want to be the next victim.

This is what is called a pyramid scheme…it will not work. You will end up paying out $20.00 a month and possibly not receiving anything in return. Why would you just pay to a company.. what are you receiving in return..is this even legal?? When you pay the company are you purchasing anything..or is your money being distributed to others. The only ones who make money doing this is the ones who came up with this scheme..and it wont last long..it will fail.

This also depends upon the type of business and local regulations. Check with a local accountant.

I think is a great idea because the more options of payment you give your customers the more you get, just make sure they sign a legal form that way you are protected. Good luck

I agree with you–you are by no means trying to get people to buy something here. There's no sales pitch. You're just trying to convince people that the online surveys aren't worth what they claim (something I personally have experienced and gave up on that stuff quickly). I can't believe someone thought this was solitation! I've seen others that clearly were! Questions like: "I want to earn money at home?" and the question details are just links to sites where people supposedly can do that;THAT'S solitation!

Good luck with your question and appeal! I'd also include the dictionary definition for solitation, too.

I would suggest that you go to your local SBA office and talk with a rep. It's free.

You are definitely being taken advantage of. Don't listen to your husband and mother's crap about what other mothers do/did or rather are willing to put up with. You are entitled to help and sanity and free time and those other 2 can pitch in or ship out and let you get on with your life.

Husband-father – it's his baby too, he's not living up to his duties if he's not spending time caring for and bonding with his child. That comes before fixing the house. Also contributing to the running of the house – his laundry, food, cleaning etc. The very least he can do is spend time with his child and give you peace to do household things or work on your business. You two are a team, so work together and work out a system that works for you both.

Mom – if she moved in to help and isn't helping, and you're picking up the slack for her as well – extra laundry, cleaning, cooking, etc. – let her know that the arrangement isn't working out as planned. You need more help (name specific duties and times) or else for her to contribute money so that you can hire it.

If these people won't help or you can't bring yourself to ask them, in the name of self-preservation you need to cut back on everything that doesn't involve you or your child – you look after him/her and yourself and let the other adults fend for themselves. Often churches will have a "mother's day out" program where you can take your baby for a few hours or get a reference for a sitter and pay or even meet a couple of other moms and share babycare time so each gets some time off.

Also consider a part-time job outside the house. Unfortunately, some people don't consider that you're actually "working" or doing anything useful when you care for a baby — even though you're "making" or saving the family $$ by doing this care yourself and you sure wouldn't expect an outside caregiver to cook, clean and all the rest while looking after your child. It gets you out of the house and talking to other adults (new moms need this) as well as "legitimizes" the others doing their share of baby care, cooking, cleaning, etc.

It's your life, you're entitled to enjoy it and be as happy as you want to be so don't let others make the rules for you or accept them by default.
